Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

We know that in some cases you may want to return the product. We will gladly accept our products back if they are not damaged and are in good condition. Because of the time and expense involved in shipping packages we will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns. Please review the product information carefully before ordering. If you have questions please call and inquire before ordering.

We take great care in packaging our products. All packages are inspected before dispatching. If the package is damaged during shipment, which is rare, the damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival. If the package is damaged, please inform your carrier (UPS, US Mail or local mail service) immediately. If the package is damaged during shipping, the shipping carrier is usually responsible. If you need to return a product, please inform us within 15 days of receipt of product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and returns after 15 days.

Shipping

Tracking information is automatically sent to you once the order has shipped.  Over time, we've found the U.S. Post Office Domestic and International service provides the best combination of economy, speed, and reliability. If you require a different service, please contact shippingmanager@thescent4you.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

You may want to know what happens if the order says delivered but you haven't received your order. USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted "in-transit" or "delivered" we recommend contacting your local office. Shipping address issues TheScent4you.com WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments. it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we may not be able to make changes.
